File downloader doesn't work

Rank: Newbie Groups: Member Joined: 10/23/2008(UTC) Posts: 2		We implemented the trial version of the downloader.. It gave me a message that the key is not valid and to contact aurigma.. After I purchased the downloader and used the valid key nothing happens. I click download and just nothing happens.. When we used the error handler.. it gives error 200. can anyone help?
