Hi

The problem that I have is repeating over and over. I have a lot of customers that are complaining that they can't upload large images (with size ~1.7MB or 4MB etc.) even though the limit of images that can be uploaded is 5MB ( ).

I get about 1-2 emails per day abuot this - and at the same time we have a good traffic for those who does not have any problems... Why can there be a problem only for a certain type of customers???

Here is one of the mails that I got yesterday:

"Hi! I have now several times tried to upload images to you. But the upload hangs at the larger images, ~1.70MB, but the max limit is 5 MB isnt it?! The image is sent and then it says "Waiting for response from server" and then nothing happens. It doesnt proceed to the next image and I have to cancel. I have managed to upload 52 smaller images now, but I dont know what to do now to include also the "large"."

The Aurigma version that we use is ActiveX Image Uploader version 3.0.800.0

Thanks in advance.

Zoran

What is your server platform? In most cases the problem is in incorrect server configuration.

Have you checked server settings?

Also please check AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed property in IIS 6.0 metabase file (View post).
