Once again, I have a user reporting that upon trying to use the uploader, they are getting the dreaded "The server attempted to redirect you, but server redirects are not supported" message. 1) I am not using ASP. I am using PHP. Pointing me to this page is zero help. 2) 3 users out of 30,000 have reported this problem in the past 6 months. This is not a scripting problem -- if it was a scripting problem in our PHP, then more than 3 people would be reporting this problem. So, knowing the above, do you have any suggestions for me to try?

Hello, Can the user who experienced the problem reproduce the problem again or it happenes occasionally? This problem occured on Java or ActiveX version? Also what version of Image Uploader do you use? What operation system was installed on users' computers and what browser did they use? |
