Hello, My client gets stuck in a loop when trying to install the uploader. They get the yellow bar, click install and then it looks as if its installing but then the control does not appear. If the page is refreshed, the processes happens again, yellow bar, click install , nothing ends up happening. Have requested restarting IE to try it again, but they get the same problem loop. Any ideas? Regards Ray |

Ray, This problem usually has place when the version of ActiveX control CAB file is lower then the one you have specified during embedding Image Uploader on page: Code:iu.activeXControlVersion = "5,5,1,0";
1. In this case Internet Explorer find that you don't have installed ActiveX with required version. 2. Browser downloads CAB file, installs it, and reloads the page. 3. As browser has installed old version of control from CAB, then it returns to step 1. So please check the version of CAB file and the version you have specified during control embedding. If it will not help, please post the URL of your page. |

Hello, Thank you, but which file would I need to check? If you give me the name of folder also, then I will find it, I am sure.... I have uploader embeded into Photopark! Regards Ray |

Please post it either here, or using PM, or submit support case. |

Hello, I still have problems... I have therefore upgraded to Ver 5... I have paid for licence keys... but can not upload files because page says "evaluation period expired..." Can you please answer my support requests. Regards Micro (Ray) |
