Currently, when using the HTML5 control, images are not autorotated in the thumbnail pane. We are only using the one pane classic view. Is there some other setting that I need to set? Functionality works correctly in Flash. Also, are there any plans to add drag and drop functionality to the Flash control? Edited by moderator Wednesday, August 8, 2012 11:32:32 PM(UTC)

Hello Brad,
Unfortunately HTML5 uploader cannot get EXIF data of images to autorotate them as Flash Uploader does it.
Flash Uploader does not support drag-n-drop feature due to limitation of Flash platform. |

Maybe pass this on to your developers. It's very informative. Perhaps it will let your HTML5 component: *Support exif image rotation flag lookup + CSS3 rotation of thumbnail... *Use less memory/cpu by using the exif thumbnail for display LINK: http://code.flickr.com/b...side-using-javascript-2/We'd really like to see the thumbnails appear heads up in HTML5 upload component.

We have finally added EXIF support to the HTML5 uploader. You can download the version 8.0.98 here: http://www.aurigma.com/downloads/upload-suite It supports copying EXIF to resized copies, extracting EXIF fields and autorotation.
