Question:After uploading files and clicking “Proceed” button, Aurigma Up opens a redirect page in a new tab of Safari. How to open this page in the same tab where a page with Aurigma Up link is opened? Answer: Unfortunately, it is not possible to redirect users to the same window due to technical restriction of iPad/iPhone. It is caused by single-tasking iOS installed on these devices. In other words, Aurigma Up and Safari are not related when Aurigma Up is running, and there is no way to control Safari's tabs. Thus, a new tab is opened.
