Hello,

The one of the most common answers here in Image Uploader Forum is something like "Our client could not load Image Uploader for Java. What to do?" and we usually ask to check what is the JRE version number and does it correctly installed. I have found an interesting page where one can check if JRE is correctly installed on their machine and if it's not, how to install it correctly. Here is the link to this page:

http://java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml

There is an applet on this page which check JRE version. So here what I see on my IE and Firefox running this applet:

If applet is not displaying properly, there is a list of actions to check JRE configuration.

Sincerely yours,

Alex Makhov
