Hi,

I want to set web url for public gallery folder option for image selection. Below code is used for that,

<appSettings>
<add key="PublicGalleryFolder" value="https://..../coverImagesFolder" />
</appSettings>

But i am getting error, like

ExceptionMessage":"The given path's format is not supported.","ExceptionType":"System.NotSupportedException" ...

Anyone please tell how to set up the web url path ?

Hi jee88,

Unfortunately, you can't specify a web URL as the path for the public gallery folder.
Public gallery folder should store on the server with Customers Canvas.
The path is relative to the web application root.

If you have any questions/problems please let me know.

Best regards,

So its only supporting application root path or local system path .., we can't set any web url or cloud url path ?

Any option to integrate image gallery with cloud storage like facebook/Instagram integration ( http://customerscanvas.c...cebook-and-instagram.htm ) ?

Yes, only local storage is supported (besides of Facebook/Instagram).

In theory, to be able to implement integration with your online service, we need you to implement a REST API, which gives an access to the images, similar to Facebook/Instagram. If you have such API, send its specification to us and we will see whether we can do it. Just drop us an email at sales@aurigma.com.

BTW, is it some public service or your own web application?
